"The apartment and the location were as advertised. But the property could only be accessed through several stinking garbage bins from a pub next door. The bins were brought up and down the same elevator needed to get to the apt, the smell was nauseous and could not be used. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful both with the check in process and heating needs we had which were quickly solved."

"The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had a basic double and it is very small, but perfect for a few days, very near Atocha train station. If we were to stay longer, we would likely book a larger room. The basic rooms face the inner courtyard. So while they are smaller and no balcony, they are very quiet, perfect after a long day of travel. We didn’t get the breakfast buffet, but the free tea and coffee was a nice plus. "
