Overall, my family and I (4 people) had a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, so we could easily access the metro, food, and many of the main attractions in Madrid. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our stay.

Nice place to get around in Madrid. Funny TV size (Something between A4 and A3) and furniture (Office chairs) in the TV Corner. It's Not luxury, but it's got everything you need. The staff hast been very friendly. Could use some more energy Outlets If you need energy for laptops or other electronics, prepare yourself

The property may seem outdated to some (reminded us of our prewar NYC apt building). It is not a polished or modern hotel. So it depends what your expectations are. That said, we found it quirky and loved it! It was spacious (we had a 3 bed). The separate kitchen was great for prepping our daily breakfast & snacks (we did not cook, however). The front desk was friendly and efficient. My husband came down sick very suddenly and we were able to have a late check for (for 30euros) which was a godsend. We stayed one night, but I would absolutely book this hotel again, especially for a longer stay where you can really spread out. Oh! The neighborhood! Excellent location next to the metro, but also in the heart of a fun energetic bohemian neighborhood.
