Large, clean and modern room with upgraded room facilities. Exceptional shower. Especially liked the spa wellness area. Probably the best breakfast selection in comparison to any other 5 star property. Try to get room with view as it is outstanding. It is gran via, the plaza españa and the royal palace. After this trip in Spain. I truly fell in love with the Barcelo chain of hotels. The staff at this hotel are truly helpful, really nice and went above and beyond. They had set up some balloons and cake and cava for my birthday that I didnt expected. The facility is so clean, well maintained and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend and go back to this hotel.

We received a nice upgrade to a suite, which was very comfortable. Good shower and bathroom. After 3 weeks traveling in SE Spain, these were the best pillows. The gentleman who checked us in, Diego, was very friendly and helpful. He suggested a great restaurant very near the hotel. Breakfast was very good, just wish they didn’t use the multiple choice coffee machines. We unfortunately only stayed one night. Would definitely stay there again.
