Great location in a very lively part of town, nice and popular café. We had a nice stay, the only reason I give it a "Good" rather than "Excellent" is that it is somewhat dated which is absolutely OK, it's in excellent condition and the front desk staff was terrific. I would certainly stay there again.

It's in the heart of Puerto de Sol closer to major attractions and restaurants, we got a room facing Puerto de Sol so we can see vibrant activities and events from our room also.

The buffet breakfast was horrible do not pay for it, too costy and not good There is a restaurant in the hotel much better go there instead and I am pretty sure it is less costy For the rest, the hotel is well located and clean nothing to say more

The hotel is perfectly located and it appears to have been remodeled. Our room was spacious, cleaned perfectly every day. The front desk staff was on all the time. Super responsive. My only surprise was the price of breakfast at the hotel when we missed the buffet. Other than that I would book it again.

The staff was great, they knocked on my door for a wake up call and got me a taxi. The only thing I did not like was the fact that you could hear people in the room next to you and people walking in the hallway, slamming the door etc.. The location was great

Excellent property, rooms, staff, breakfast. Negative we booked two twin beds when we got there they did not have. We then had to pay more for a family room. It was noisy outside due to protests but outside hotel control
