A few minutes' drive away is the quaint village of Modigliana, with its cozy cafes, weekly markets, and the genuine atmosphere of a still-authentic Italy. The farmhouse's strategic location makes it easy to reach some of central Italy's most fascinating cities, such as Florence, Bologna, and Ravenna. And if you're craving the seaside, the Adriatic coast is just an hour away.  
  
The "Camino" apartment, located on the first floor with a private entrance, offers spacious and comfortable spaces. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed—the perfect setting for relaxing after a day exploring nature, art, and local flavors.
