Now seemed the perfect time as she entered the gated community of St Tropez. ā€œHere it is!ā€ā€¦a slice of the French Riviera right in Miramar Beach. In fact, this charming Mediterranean community is quite reminiscent of its namesake in Franceā€¦yet at a fraction of the price!

Comprised of 27 European inspired stucco villas, set around a lushly landscaped lagoon style pool, this charming community beckons the traveler to indulge in the finer things in life like a poolside cabana, hot tub and furnished sun deck. Just a few steps to the walkway out to the beach and a day of fun in the sun can be had by all. With a choice location south of Hwy 98 in popular Miramar Beach, Chez St Tropez is convenient to Silver Sands Outlet, Starbucks and nearby a short walk to Chick-Filet and shopping center with Winn Dixie, CVS, Five Guys and more. This place was a 10/10. It was beautiful. Only downfall was host was not familiar with the property. I reached out numerous times about the location of the beach access, and was just sent the public beach access instead of the private one. For future renters the beach assess is right beside Surfhut and the signs says embassy suites beach access.
