Ariel Dunes in general is a very OLD condominium. The place is so outdated. The atmosphere doesn’t yield vacation vibes and the building needs some serious updates. They have barely any luggage carts so instead they offer some old ratty grocery carts. The pool and pool chairs were mildewed and did not look appealing. As for 1405, this mimicked the same feel of the entire property- outdated and in need of cleaning. We did not feel comfortable sitting on any of the furniture as they did not seem clean. We cleaned the unit ourselves upon arrival just to be able to handle it for our stay. Highly recommend a deep clean and upgrade to this room, but then again the whole building needs it. The only positive was the On-site restaurant Cabana Cafe, surprisingly good food and great service. But overall we did not enjoy our stay.

#### Nice, clean, beautiful view

Great location, with amazing views of the ocean and lake! Just a few steps to the beach and we had no issues with finding parking or having to waiting on elevators ever, a big plus! The condo itself and resort as a whole are both beautiful and very clean! Impressive place, we would definitely stay here again!

#### Ariel Dunes is a great place to stay

This was our 4th stay at the Ariel Dunes complex. We love it for the location, even though the walk to the beach is rather far. The moment we opened the door to our condo, strong cigarette fumes immediately hit us throughout the entire condo. It seemed very fresh so either it was the last tenant or the cleaning crew. It took 2 days for us not to notice the smell anymore. It even transferred to our clothes. The only other drawback we had was we went on vacation with another family who was unable to book in our complex but found one on Ariel Dunes I. Even though it's the same exact complex, we weren't allowed to go to the pool together which defeated the entire purpose of going on vacation with one another. I believe if you stay at ariel Dunes, you should have access too all amenities. This was our first time to ever be disappointed here. Also we booked through resort quest. When checking in I was told to download the app because there were coupons inside for different vendors. I tried using them at 3 different places and got the same exact response each time which was "We have no idea why that is on there because we never authorized them to do that". No one would honor the discounts. I even had a manager of a restaurant tell me it was false.
