Located in The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, this 2BR/2BA Condo, with 6-seater golf cart, can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The décor was inspired by Earnest Hemingway's boat, the Pilar (read the story of the Pilar here). This unit is on the amenity level so you are just steps away from a gorgeous communal pool & hot tub, fitness center, outdoor fireplace/sitting area, and gas grills.  All furniture and stainless steel appliances were recently updated. Relax on the large balcony with seating for six while listening to the frequent concerts in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Casual and fine dining as well as shopping and recreation for the kids are all just steps away.  



Tour around the 2400 acre Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort on the included brand new (May 2024) six-seater golf cart and access the beach, golfing, tennis and all of the other resort amenities. You can also drive the golf cart to the upscale dining and shopping of Grand Boulevard where you'll also find a Publix supermarket for all of your essentials.



The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, full dresser, large flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, separate shower and garden bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and flatscreen TV. The living room sofa also converts into a queen size bed. The dining room table seats six and there are three additional place settings at the bar for a total of nine. The guest bathroom has an enclosed shower.

Wonderful condo very comfortable in a great location! The 6 seater golf cart is a huge asset,it gives you access to the beach, Resturants and everything in Sandestine without needing a car.

Very nice location

Steps away from all the shopping,eating and fun entertainment! Excellent for both kids and adults. Our room was very clean. The couch and chairs in the living room seemed pretty worn out however I was told were only 6 months old.

Awesome Birthday Celebration

We have stayed at Baytowne numerous times but this was the best unit that we have had. Unit had everything needed, golf cart is great addition, you are pool level and the pool facility is so gorgeous. Easy access to the village. Any questions we had were immediately answered. Place was clean and properly furnished. Thank you again- we will be back.

This unit was awesome! Very clean!! Every morning we relaxed with our coffee out on the wrap around deck. Most enjoyable. We had fun riding around in the 6 seater golf cart checking out the area and taking it to the beach. It was a riot riding through the underground passage to get to the beach. So convenient to be right there in the Baytowne Wharf area. No car ride. Seriously, just walk out the door and you're there. Hoping it's available the next time we journey down to San Destin!!

Great quiet getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is is beautiful and quiet. The golf cart was really handy as it’s a pretty good hike / drive to the beach without one. There’s even a golf cart path to local restaurants and shops. The only drawback for us is the crowds at the beach as those staying at the Baytowne Wharf area use the same beach area as the condos at Sandestin Resort, so it’s really crowded, on holiday weekends anyway. I’d definitely recommend it for someone whose primary focus isn’t going to the beach.
