All that’s good, but wear earplugs if you’re planning to get any sleep! The mattress was saggy and had very pokey springs. The location made it very noisy - weekends there are people partying in the streets until 3am and Monday at 4:30am the street-cleaner starts cleaning the block. Also the walls are really thin and we could hear the guy next to watching TV all night. The original plank floors are really squeaky too. Loved the old world look of the place, but wouldn’t stay there again."

Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). So, for the most part this was a great place to say for four nights. However, if you're averse to dogs, despite those we encountered being well behaved and quiet, this wouldn't be the best place for you."
