Nice home close to Coopertown and they highway. The house clean, spacious and the porch was perfect to sit on and enjoy family time. I would recommend this property.
This house, sitting in peaceful Milford, provides great accommodation for visitors to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The ~10-minute drive offers a convenient, scenic route to the park. Inside, the house successfully blends the charm of the past with basic modern comforts. With ample room to accommodate families, it delivers on the promised amenities. An acceptable choice for those seeking a straightforward stay near Cooperstown Dreams Park.
The Doyle house was amazing there was 8 adults and there was more then enough room
Cooperstown is approx 10 minutes away and it was more then we could ever ask for
Charlie was great letting us know where we could go to eat and things to see
Make sure you do the train pedal ride as well just to see the scenery the colours were great
We all agreed that we would go back and stay at the Doyle home for sure
Charles was so amazing at keeping in touch with any questions we had and he even sent us a list of everything to do in the area. The house was absolutely adorable with a rustic feel.
We enjoyed the charm of this home. About 7 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Well appointed kitchen. Loved having TV in all the bedrooms and living areas. Manager was very accommodating easy to deal with.

Amazing and cozy weekend away from the city!
The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Charlie was an excellent host and stayed in solid communication with us if we had any issues.
Thanks for having us :)
We had a lovely stay at the Cooperstown house. We were only there for 2 days and we had plenty of room to spread out. Only problem was the dishwasher leaked the day we went into Cooperstown but Charlie responded very quickly and everything worked out. He was very apologetic but honestly it could happen to anyone so we weren’t upset. This is a great house to stay in for families wanting to visit Baseball Hall of Fame.

Charming house, very convenient, still a bit of a work-in-progress
We had a very nice stay and the house provided everything we needed for our quick overnight trip. Check-in was very easy via keypad.
That said, the house does feel like a bit of a work-in-progress so doesn't have the "polish" you might hope for (e.g., a couple of rooms blocked off because they're under construction, the stairs look like they used to have carpeting but now look a bit dirty). The smoke detector was low on battery so emitted an annoying beeping sound every few minutes, but we managed. I imagine all of this will be worked out in the near-future so likely won't impact future stays as much.
The house was charming and perfect for our group (my best friend, my sister, and her son plus his girlfriend). We appreciated the large kitchen and dining area plus the two remodeled bathrooms upstairs. I will return for this tournament in the future and would definitely book this house again.
Charlie was very responsive and accommodating. The house felt huge (even with our group of 10) and beautifully updated (bathrooms especially!). No concerns, everything was as expected.
My family went up to Oneonta to visit my son for his 18th birthday. The Doyle house was perfect for our stay. Plenty ty of room and close enough for us to travel back and forth. My only complaint t is the 9am check out. I think that’s kind of early

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Rustic and needs TLC
The house has a smell to it and numerous spider webs with spiders through out the entire house in all the inside corners high and low. The house was just surfaced cleaned and not a detailed clean. The spider webs were massive. We had to purchase a number of Damp Rid and Lysol type products to try and lessen the smell of the house. The back deck is unusable due to the amount of pigeon droppings from the pigeons that hang out on the roof. In fact everytime you opened the sliding glass door for the deck 6 to 12 pigeons would go flying away. The front porch did not get used either as the wicker type furniture was not in the best of shape. The house is in need of some work , the house had settled over the years and some of the interior doors do not close. Be careful using the set of steps off the kitchen to go upstairs , the steps are very very steep and not kid friendly.
We had the rental from Friday to Friday and ended up leaving on Tuesday AM and checking into the Holiday Inn Express for the remainder of the trip. Needless to say the house was overpriced and to top it off I had to spend money to stay in a hotel. Do your research prior to renting a house for Cooperstown Dream Park baseball tournament. Plenty of options out there, don't get burned like I did.
Place is clean, spacious, and close to Dreams Park. Even though the outside temp was hot, the A/C units kept the place cool. Charles communicated well leading up to our arrival. Close to Portlandville too where we rented kayaks. Absolutely recommend this house.

Great Classic house with updates
We were upstate visiting my daughter at school & luckily found this charming house. It was clean, has classic original wood floors throughout (no disgusting carpets!) & massive space. 5 bedrooms, 3 & a half baths it was perfect & more than enough space for 8 of us. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms! The owner responded quickly to any questions we had & was most accommodating. It was a carefree stay, everything we could’ve needed was provided & the house is beautiful. Bathrooms were nice with classic claw tubs & one with a huge newly updated modern shower. Tv’s throughout, kitchen was great & was a great space for our family to stay in about 35 min from Delhi College. The house has multiple chill spaces including a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room & an additional sitting space. The only issue we had was the WiFi connection. But would definitely recommend. Had a great time
