The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as an oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. The area has a four-seat table, ideal for enjoying your lunch, dinner or breakfast. In addition, the day area comes with a comfortable sofa bed, in front of which there is a flat screen television. The large window makes the room bright throughout the day and, from there, you can also reach a lovely balcony with panoramic views. The stairs next to the TV take to the upper floor, featuring a comfortable French size bed and an armchair. Bathroom Adjacent to the living area is the bathroom, which can be reached through a short corridor provided with a two-door wardrobe. The bathroom has all comforts as well as a spacious shower and a large mirror above the sink. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of one month or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered (stamp duty of 32€ and the 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) you have to pay only half of this amount. There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).
