A nightmare, the check in was very good, the problem when we enter to the room, the hotel is nicely designed, art and so on... but the rooms are not so good, the problem was the noise, the door didn't block any sound from the corridor or elevators, or other rooms, you can hear all, and you hear ALL.
The bed feel old, the pillows nothing special, in fact I feel them cheap.
The TV was small, but the real problem is that if you were watching a TV show, every 2 or 3 minutes the signal went off and after 3 seconds back again, so, was impossible to watch a complete show or program.
We choose this hotel because the downtown zone, the SPA and their terrace restaurant, well, we decide to go to the SPA facilities (pool, sauna, etc), the pool was closed by maintenance... so we decide at least to enter to the sauna, the door was broken, so I need to fix to open it as it was stuck (I got photos of it), we entered to it, after 15 minutes, the "hot" was not hot, so we left the sauna, and decide to shower in our room to dine in the terrace.
We go to the upper floor, and guess what... there was a private event, so we can't dine, sit, or see the terrace!!!
So, in total a real EXPENSIVE nightmare, the staff was always in good vibe, but, a hotel and this kind of hotel, needs more than just good staff.
