New Beautiful Location 5 minutes from the Ocean, Biscayne Bay National Park and Black Point Marina which has Boat and Kayak Rentals to explore Islands, Sand Bar Beaches, Florida Keys, Fishing, Coral Reefs. 10 minutes from Larry and Penny park, Miami Metro Zoo, Matheson Hammock Park and Beach. 20 minutes from Miami International Airport/Florida Keys and Coral Reef Snorkeling and Glass bottom Boat tours/Everglades and Airboat Alligator Tours/Coconut Grove/Coral Gables/Doral/University of Miami/Florida International University. 25 min from Miami Beach/Port of Miami for Cruises/Downtown/Bayside Mall and Miami Boat Tours/Brickell/Wynwood/Midtown/Design District. The home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Stairs to entrance of home and stairs to each bedroom, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room with Sofa Bed and Terrace. Great central hub for your family vacation!

The place was extremely clean and close to everything you would want to do when visiting southern Florida. The bedrooms were all nice sizes and the beds were sufficient for sleeping away from your own. The only issue we had was that the microwave did not work. We notified Miguel but did not get a response back so we just heated everything using the stove, which was sufficient. We did have a superbowl party going on next door our first night; fortunately it only lasted until the game was over. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing to southern Florida needing a central hub with a family.

The house is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There are two nearby ponds with paved walking trails. We walked in the morning and evening and enjoyed checking out the birds and fish. The house is within an hour drive of the Miami Zoo, Everglades, Fairchilds Garden, and Key Largo. If you are there for outdoor activities, this is a great location. The misses were that kitchen was bare. There is coffee, filters, seasonings, or oil. There is also no laundry detergent. The hot water capacity is low; we took many lukewarm showers. And you are not allowed to flush anything down the toilets including toilet paper. The latter was awkward for our party as we had six people sharing two toilets.
