Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
La stanza presentava polvere. In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione. Il tono utilizzato dal gestore è sembrato del tutto inadeguato alla situazione e sembrava scaricare la colpa sul cliente intimandomi (con toni tutt'altro che gentili) di cancellare immediatamente la prenotazione. Da evitare assolutamente per evitare brutte sorprese.
