Our three rooms comprise of one superior/family room with superking size bed and sofa bed, can be adapted for families with view over the Eildon Hills. One large double/twin and one small double/twin all tastefully decorated in heathery tones with en suite shower rooms and all amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Due to Covid 19 restrictions we are only running a room only basis but complimentary breakfast bags are available.We are situated right in the Heart of the Scottish Borders with its wealth of walking, cycling, fishing, golfing and rugby. 45 mins from Edinburgh by car and 10 mins to the nearer train station.
