Owner wanted to come and look but didn’t suit…(he was already aware of issue from a previous review) another concern the smoke alarm is not installed on the ceiling, is sitting on the the tv cabinet… only ceiling fans in one bedroom, and fourth room not private as such as glass doors seperate (alright for kids but not couples)Noise was an issue on Saturday night with neighbours across the road partying until 2am (may have been a one off) POSITIVES Central heating was really good, off street parking and plenty of space in the home, close to the beach.
