Remove all personal items. Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule). Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys. A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured. Please leave the property in a tidy state. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy. 4) For any alterations such as shortening your stay, early check-in, or late check-out, please submit your request prior to arrival. These requests are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or when there are back-to-back bookings. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible. Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee. That’s the formalities out of the way! If you require check-in after 11 PM, a personalized check-in can be arranged in advance.
