Situated in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, the home is close to an array of amenities including Latrobe, Uni Hill shops, bus & tram routes, Ring Road, Plenty Gorge Park. The Space: An entertainer's delight, the social hub of the home is located downstairs and includes a fabulous open plan living/dining zone, well-equipped gourmet kitchen (stainless steel appliances and Ceasarstone bench) and sunny alfresco patio - perfect for gatherings big or small. All three bedrooms are peacefully positioned upstairs, including the master with walk-in robes and ensuite – a smartly-appointed main bathroom is also offered along with a ground floor powder room, ideal for guests. Split system heating/cooling both up and down (dining area and main bedroom), ducted heating throughout, solar hot water, washing machine, and double auto garage with handy shopper's entrance complete a wonderfully easy-care offering. Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire place for the duration of their stay.
