The rooms are shocking in need of refurbishing, dated decor, marks on the walls and our rooms was very dusty all over, we had to clean the surfaces, there is a door to a patio area which had a bolt and chain but is not very safe and secure. Overall the room is not what I expect from best western. The hotel offers breakfast, some cooked options, cereal and toast, not bad could do better.
