7 person Bachelor party event - Coming in Hot!

What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is. If your crew can adjust to all circumstances like mine, then this is the place for you. Our Concierges/Security- German and Both Juan's were amazing. They were available 24/7, met all our needs, came through with great recommendations, and accompanied us through Parque Lleras for security. This spot is in a great location - walking distance to good food, essentials shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. Me and my Crew will be back and will absolutely stay here again. I just pray our rental fee goes towards getting the water fixed; please have hot water when we return! Thank you to German, Juan, Juan, and our lovely housekeeper (who cleaned the place to perfection daily) for an Amazing Stay!

Review is for the concierge and overall experience

I did not end up staying at this location due to last minute construction going on, so this review is for my overall experience in Medellin booking through Jonathan. Unfortunately there was an issue and I was notified that the house would not be ready, however I was given another house so the transition was seamless and ended up working out well. We had a sprinter van meet us at the airport and took our entire group back to the house. From there, Daniel met us and stayed with us the entire weekend. I can't stress enough how convenient this was and how great of a person Daniel was. He got us whatever we wanted at the house and organized dinner reservations, club reservations, and our transportation throughout. He was a huge help and a really fun person to come out with us. It was great to have him translate or help us communicate. I would definitely recommend having Daniel show you around and this five star review is for him. Medellin was a great experience for my bachelor party and would recommend to anyone looking to have a great time.

Spacious property in the middle of the action. Accommodated 11 people and everyone had their own room! Seamless and open communication with Jon (property manager) after booking. Helpful concierge services by Hector and Oscar upon arrival. Thanks to the whole team we had an unforgettable time in Medellin. Hoping to return sometime soon.

Jonathan is the man! He hooked us up really nice for the entire time there. Shout out to Estevan and Hector for the love shown. We had 10 guys and everyone was accommodated really well. Every room had a washroom and the location was in a prime area. Walking distance to everything. The whole house was clean and was exactly to our liking. Actually we have low expectations for any house we rent but this place exceeded it all. Wifi was solid on every floor and AC was great too. They helped us also create a mini tour around the city and accommodated it to our liking. Would highly recommend this property.

fell in love with the place! wanted to buy it!

When we arrive Jonathan's crew was there to pick us up, we set up everything through him seamless, walked out they had a side ready with our name, it was about a 45 drive to the airport the drive is marvelous, mostly down hill so the view are amazing. When we arrived to the mansion we couldn't believe that it was smack right in the middle of all the action. Literally walk outside to the cities best. Jonathan set us up with tours transportation and concierge, we had some righteous house parties. Highly recommended, pictures suck

Jonathan congratulations your Palace like no other

this was our second trip with Jonathan and his crew, his properties never disappoint and his staff never screws up. This property stands out from the rest , the roman styling with modern touch is immaculate. The small pool and jacuzzi and being able to open your doors to the best party of the city is amazing and as usual Jonathan's concierge and cook took care of us at all times.

Jonathans spot is sick, we have never seen anything like it before it is hidden in the best part of the city, we can walk everywhere, Jonathan also specializes in bachelor parties, we opted for the vip concierge service had amazing house parties and booked the pablo escobar tour , we met his brother!!!!! We coming back in January
