Come and enjoy Whitetail Hollow, a pet-friendly property with an excellent location within Massanutten Resort! Located less than five minutes from the ski slopes (seasonal views of the slopes) and less than 10 minutes from the indoor and outdoor waterpark, this property has all of the amenities you and your family need to have a fantastic vacation.

The property is located high up on the mountain in the woods and provides separation from the main road into and out of the resort. Enjoy watching the wildlife walk around the property and take in the mountain views from the deck or the hot tub. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the resort and includes access to the outdoor pool in the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day; $6.00/person fee required). The home features a stylishly designed kitchen, with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The house has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home and the property features a gas fireplace for cozy evenings after a long day of skiing or outdoor activities. For days when it’s better to stay inside, the home has two living rooms, seven total smart TVs (one in each bedroom plus one in each living room), a selection of board/card games a Foosball table and a Golden Tee/shuffleboard/bowling multi-cade. The home features five bedrooms, with a total of nine beds, and three full bathrooms (with premium Pharmacopia toiletries) making it perfect for large family or friend gatherings.

*Four-person hot tub on the lower deck with mountain and seasonal ski slope views. --The hot tub is cleaned and the proper chemicals are added after every single stay.--

*Outdoor fire table with Adirondack chairs to enjoy quiet nights in the woods. --NOTE that the fire table has been relocated from the location shown in the photos and unfortunately, does not currently have the rope lights overhead--

*Five bedrooms (nine total beds) and three full bathrooms. One master bedroom with a private bathroom on the main level of the home. Premium Pharmacopia toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are included in each bathroom.

*The gas fireplace in the living room provides a cozy space after a long day of skiing or hiking.

*Partially covered upper deck that overlooks a private wooded area behind the house where wildlife roams free. The covered area of the deck features the propane grill to allow comfortable cooking in all types of weather.

* High Speed Wi-Fi with seven smart TVs: one TV in each of the two living rooms and one TV in each of the bedrooms.

* Upgraded linens and mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep! Some bedrooms feature bedding from Casper and Zinus.

* Fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a spacious French door refrigerator and an eat in dining area with space for six to eight people. Additional appliances include a drip coffeemaker, toaster, ample supply of pots & pans, Crockpot, blender, microwave, bakeware, serving dishes, various kitchen utensils and all other basic cookware is provided!

*Accommodates pets! ($100 pet fee per pet, dogs only, with a maximum of three pets at any time). One pet bed is provided.

*Community outdoor pool access (Memorial Day through Labor Day - $6.00/pp fee payable at the pool entrance).

*Fooseball table, Golden Tee/shuffleboard/bowling multi-cade and game space in the lower living room for family fun! A selection of board and card games is provided.

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, swimming and an indoor and outdoor water park, all of which, are sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants are available both on and off the resort There are also several vineyards and breweries within a 15-to-30-minute drive from the property. A local area guide will be sent over a few days prior to arrival that's packed with information on the best places to go and things to do. A starter pack of amenities will be provided consisting of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two kitchen trash bags, several dishwater tablets, an unopened kitchen sponge a brand-new, small bottle of dish soap, several laundry detergent pods and basic bathroom toiletries (body wash, shampoo and conditioner). One, freshly-laundered bath towel and washcloth per guest will be provided and freshly-laundered bedroom linens for all beds will be provided.

There is a $100 pet fee, PER pet with a maximum of three pets at any single time. Stays longer than seven nights require an additional $50 pet fee, per pet.

Other things to note:

*We will send you an additional rental agreement after booking that needs to be signed prior to check-in.

*If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout, there is a $50.00 fee for each. The early arrival time is 2:00 PM and the late checkout time is 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to last-minute reservations, we CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late checkouts until two days prior to your arrival.

*Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and standard checkout is at 10:00 AM to allow the property to be properly cleaned for a five-star experience! If you depart after stated check out time without approval, a $150.00 late fee will be charged.

*There is an outdoor security camera above the main entrance door that faces the driveway and the road. This is mainly used to monitor winter weather conditions so snow and ice removal can be requested if necessary.
