No refund at roach infested hotel f
I only spent 2 hrs in room/hotel. Could not stay in bed because there were lots of roaches. Mire tiny ones than medium or large sizes I.told desk clerk about the problem and didnt even offer an apology, much less a refund .. Had to move to another city and get anither hotel room. Double expense!

WIFI not good at all. Had to pay at the hotel. Was under the impression that I was charged by hotels.com but will have to investigate this to see if I was charged double.
