Beautiful custom home on the snake river. Enjoy a private walking path down to the water. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent. There is a large fire pit area on the upper level with ample seating and gorgeous views. Located near the Sunnyslope Wine Trail and tasty restaurants close by. This is the place to unwind and reconnect with family, friends, and nature. \* The layout and beds are as follows\* The main floor features the gourmet kitchen, living, and dining room. The master bedroom and full bathroom are in the far wing with a half bath and laundry room close by. There are two access points to the covered deck. One from the living room and the master suite. Downstairs, there is a large family room with direct access to the backyard. You will find three additional rooms and a full bathroom. \*ENTERTAINMENT\* In the garage, we have loaded it with games such as: Pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball hoops, and corn hole. This garage is not heated or cooled. There is an amazing hot tub on the lower patio to soak, star gaze and watch fish jump in the mighty snake river. The home provided ample space for our 9 family members. ALL beds were amazingly comfortable. Kay even had a Christmas tree set for us to enjoy. In addition, after we departed she and her hubby went to extra lengths to retrieve valuable medication my daughter forgot in the refrigerator. If there is anything I would recommend for improvement, the house is definitely not entertainment ready from the perspective of cooking utensils. All of the frying pans are in rough shape and there are very few serving platters for a nice event. Last, the game "room" is actually an unheated garage, so unfortunately, we were unable to use it during our stay over the Christmas holiday because it is unheated and VERY chilly. That was very disappointing as we had planned Christmas Olympics in this space.
