Notre appartement de 85 m², situé place aux Huiles au 2e étage avec ascenseur (à partir du 1er étage), offre une vue splendide sur le Vieux-Port de Marseille. Entièrement rénové en 2024, il bénéficie d'une luminosité exceptionnelle grâce à sa double exposition et ses grandes baies vitrées. La cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée, la pièce à vivre offre une vue majestueuse, et l'appartement est climatisé. L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec lit King Size, une autre avec lit Queen Size, et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en marbre. Parking payant à proximité. Disponible en bail mobilité uniquement (1 à 10 mois) et sous réserve d'éligibilité.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.

#### Fabulous gem in the heart of the Old Port of Marseille

Gorgeous 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Vieux-Port Port de Marseille. Brand new renovation. View was incredible. Perfect location: walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops & more. Friendly & helpful host. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. When I come back to Marseille, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! This apartment is in the middle of all the action! The .50 ferry stop is right across the street making the opposite side of the harbor easily accessible. The WiFi wasn’t working, but we didn’t need it. Wonderful accommodations for my family of 5!
