Enjoy views of "La Venus" sandy beach and the famous "Paseo Maritimo" from the east terrace. The west terrace offers a heated hot tub and a picturesque garden filled with vibrant flowers. The living room, directly facing the terrace, is elegantly furnished with sofas, a modern table, chairs, and a reading nook. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, and central air conditioning throughout. There are two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Literally on the beach with a comfortable terrace overlooking the sand and water. Just off the promenade, the area is full of restaurants and wonderful for long walks. It is a quick stroll into the Old Town area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub provided a welcome end of day after a round of golf.
