Located in Marbella, you are just a short walk from the beach. The 70 m² property features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with washer and dryer. The open-plan living and dining area includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, and a comfortable sofa bed for two (one adult or two children). Description of The property was correct and we enjoyed sunset view from the balcony.Location is also excellent as many restaurants are around the property and just 10 min walk to the attractive old town of Marbella. Parking is very convenient, just across the property, outdoor parking and cost was 23.50 euro/day. It is not cheap but convenient as we had golf bags to carry around. Perfect location on the beach, there are several very nice restaurants in the short walking distance. The villa is in great condition and had everything we needed. The only small issue is that the nearest grocery store is 10-12 min away. The store is Aldi, it is a nice one, but there is nothing closer even for very basic grocery needs.
