Ubicada en un exclusivo enclave de Bahía de Marbella, se encuentra una lujosa residencia adosada en primera línea de playa!!. Esta joya arquitectónica ofrece impresionantes vistas al Mar Mediterráneo desde su privilegiada ubicación en la costa de Marbella..  
  
Al adentrarse en esta magnífica propiedad, se dará la bienvenida a un espacioso salón con una impresionante chimenea, sofá chaise longue y una pantalla de televisión de última generación crean el ambiente perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de momentos de entretenimiento. A través de amplias puertas de cristal, se accede a una terraza que invita al descanso, rodeada de un exuberante jardín privado equipado con una zona de barbacoa y un elegante comedor al aire libre. Cada detalle ha sido cuidadosamente pensado para brindar la mejor experiencia.  
  
Ademas alberga un comedor con espacio para 6 comensales y una cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, incluyendo lavavajillas, horno, microondas, nevera, tostadora, cafetera y hervidor de agua, es un paraíso culinario para los amantes de la gastronomía. Al igual, en esta planta se encuentra un aseo para los invitados.  
  
La segunda planta de esta residencia excepcional alberga dos amplios dormitorios con camas dobles que proporcionan un refugio de tranquilidad y confort, cada uno con su propio baño en suite equipado con bañeras para tomar baños relajantes después de un día de playa. Desde uno de los dormitorios se puede acceder a un balconcito privado y cuenta con un escritorio para los nómadas digitales.
