The listing is also inaccurate, it says it has gym, it doesnot, it says it has tennis court, it does not. It says it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ut doesnot say the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is in a annex so if you need to use the 2nd bathroom you have to go outside and the annex smelt terrible. The patio door was hanging off, kitchen very small. If i was paying 3 or 4k it would be ok but not at 14k. Needs major work would never stay there again. ##### chris b.
