If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded. It is the most beautiful location, with a pool, lagoon, and access to the Gulf of Mexico in your own backyard. The property is large enough that three generations can enjoy their time together but also have their own space. The new management was so friendly and responsive, and when questions arose, they responded extremely promptly and helpfully. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. The huge yard and multiple outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The kitchen, living room, and screened porch comprised a huge common area that was great for hanging out together and for family meals. Having all the recreational equipment provided was super convenient, so we didn’t have to worry about renting bikes, kayaks, pool floats, snorkel gear, etc. The boat dock was more than large enough to accommodate the 24 ft boat we had with us and the water is deep enough even at low tide to have easy access. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The huge yard and multiple outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The kitchen, living room, and screened porch comprised a huge common area that was great for hanging out together and for family meals. Having all the recreational equipment provided was super convenient, so we didn’t have to worry about renting bikes, kayaks, pool floats, snorkel gear, etc. The boat dock was more than large enough to accommodate the 24 ft boat we had with us and the water is deep enough even at low tide to have easy access.
