Perfect for families or groups, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is nestled along La Duquesa Golf Course in Manilva. Two of the bedrooms offer a view of the swimming pool, while the master bedroom, with its cozy terrace, overlooks the golf course and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen opens into a comfortable living room with a dining area. The sunny terrace and garden are perfect for sunbathing and relaxation.   
  
The house features air-conditioning throughout, its own WiFi connection, a flat-screen TV with local channels, and a private parking space. The fully gated community boasts beautifully landscaped gardens and a communal pool for both children and adults.   
  
The house is approximately one hour’s drive from Malaga Airport and 45 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. It is only about a 15-minute walk to the picturesque port of Duquesa, which offers full marina services for boating enthusiasts. The charming promenades around the port are lined with a variety of restaurants, intimate bars, and cafes. You can also access several beaches, some equipped with family-friendly facilities, while others remain more secluded and natural.
