The terrace is furnished with table and six chairs, sun loungers and has direct access to the communal gardens.Manilva Gardens is a quiet community situated only a five minute walk to the beach and local beach bar, a 15 minute walk to the Duquesa Marina with it's bars and restaurants and 20 minutes drive to Gibraltar and Marbella.Communal facilities are subject to availability.
