Two of us stayed January 1-3, 2019\. It was a pleasant enough place. The room is as shown in pictures. Futon bed was comfortable enough but just know that it's not a full-size regular bed. We did get another bigger room for a family and their place was much bigger and spacious than the room we stayed at. Place is located right next to a bus terminal so it could be noisy if your room is on that side of the building (TIP: ask for a room as far away from the bus terminal side OR wear earplugs at night). Staff downstairs are very, very friendly and helpful. They helped us get Uber. Wifi was very good.
