When I arrived at the hotel (Jan 23,2020) I’ve found out that the family suite I’ve booked & paid last April 24,2019 wasn’t available anymore, as a result of renovation. This was not communicated to me by Oyo hotel, they did not inform me in advance that the room I booked & paid long time ago was not existing in that branch anymore but still being advertised online. This is very poor customer service on the part of management or OYO office staff. My time was wasted waiting for an available room from other branch to transfer meanwhile I had only limited stay in the Phils. This causes aggravations on my part.
On a positive note, hotel staff were helpful and accommodating.
