It sleeps up to 6 people with 3 double beds in 2 bedrooms—good for families or groups who want a quieter spot but still be close to the city. Inside, there’s a sitting area with a TV, a dining table, a kitchen with basic cooking gear, and a washer for laundry. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. Just a heads up: The building is a bit dated and so you might find there are traces of wear and tear in the flat. Additionally, some noise should be expected with other families living in the neighbourhood. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
