The 3rd floor apartment with elevator has 2 spacious bedrooms for 4 guests, is equipped with modern furniture and is tastefully decorated by its artistic owners. It has a renovated kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, a perfect open space adjoining the large living room. The A/C system makes the apartment comfortable at any time of the year. It also features a washer and dryer, and a shared rooftop terrace for warm evenings in the setting sun. The apartment has several attractive dining options only a few meters from the door. Within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment are the Cathedral, major churches and museums of Málaga, Calle Larios and the central market. The Muelle Uno district and Playa Malagueta beach are a fifteen-minute pleasant walk away. It is a pleasure to welcome you to “La casa de las artes” Málaga!
