The apartment was big and very comfy for 5 persons, but the location needs an urgent hand, it is not in good shape and could be a lot of better. What I really value is that when I checked out we forgot the passports and the hotel staff help was great! Tks to them I could recover the documents! I really appreciate it!

Muy buena limpieza y zona del hotel esta muy bien comunicado con madrid con tren, habitacion grande pero creo que necesitaria una reforma y renuevacion de mobiliario... le doy un 8.

Bastante regular

llegamos a las 3 de la tarde no habia recepcionista, llamamos a un telefono que habia y nos dieron una habitacion que al entrar estaba llena de basura y super sucia, llamamos otra vez al telefono de atencion y nos cambiaron de habitacion pero a una que no era de matrimonio. La habitacion muy limpia pero llena de mosquitos.....
