The garden is completely fenced, there is a swimming pool (set out of earth, 7.80m x 3.80m, depth: 1.20m) which is at your exclusive use. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. Perfect choice for families or guest travelling with pets. The house is ideal for families with children, as the garden is completely fenced and because of the swimming pool (set on earth, 7.80 x 3,80m, depth: 1,20m) which is at your exclusive use. The area is equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella, gazebo with a table, chairs and barbeque. The house is fee on three sides, only attached on one side! Unlimited WI-FI. Good spot to explore the art cities of Tuscany Casa Daniel lies on the main road (busy) leading Lucca to the sea – guests may reach easily the beautiful beaches of the Versilia (24 km) or the art cities of Tuscany such as Lucca (4 km), Pisa (35 km) or Florence (75 km). The surroundings offer possibilities of nice strolls or bike tours. There is a grocery and restaurant only 50m from the house, tennis lies 2 km and horseback riding 1 km from the house. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang mit Antonella durch das Haus sahen wir, dass alles genau wie beschrieben war. Es ist sein sehr gemütliches und mit Liebe hergerichtetes Häuschen in Mutigliano. Geschirr, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle alles Vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Der Garten mit Swimmingpool und überdachten Freisitz ist ein großes Plus. Da wir super Wetter hatten, haben wir nur draußen gegessen und uns viel im Freien aufgehalten. Von hier aus sind das Hinterland mit seinen endlosen Wanderwegen und sehenswerten Bergdörfern schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Städte Lucca und Pisa sind gleich in der Nähe und sehr sehenswert. Zum Meer benötigt man nur eine halbe Stunde und es gibt auch öffentliche Strände, so dass man kein Strandbad benutzen muss. Für uns war es ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Ein großes Lob an Abitare Holiday Homes und die gesamten Mitarbeiter. Ihr habt uns so toll unterstützt, dass die Überraschung zum 60\. Geburtstag meines Mannes zum vollen Erfolg wurde. Danke nochmal an euch alle. Ihr habt immer sehr schnell auf meine Anfragen geantwortet und mir die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Anmeldung aller Personen vorab zu erledigen. Dies alles hat dazu beigetragen, dass die Überraschung zum vollen Erfolg wurde. Wir sind auch sehr nett von Antonella empfangen worden und aus der Check - out war total unkompliziert und problemlos.
