  • Escape to this nice house in picturesque New Albany. This cozy retreat features a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a covered front porch ready to drink coffee on. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything New Albany and our house has to offer bet yet only minutes away from Louisville, KY. The DePauw Avenue Historic District sits one mile northeast of the city’s downtown commercial
    district and approximately one mile north of the Ohio River. DePauw Avenue is three blocks in length running east to west and is a narrow thoroughfare with parking limited to one side.
    Houses in the district set far back from the street and have sizeable front lawns. The DePauw Avenue Historic District, an upscale residential area, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in March 2008. Two beach cruisers are available for rent if you let me know in advance.
