Nestled in th Hollywood Hills, your Los Angeles adventure begins at this 4-bedroom mid-century modern with incredible sunset views. Enjoy the evenings under the stars in your private hot tub. This Executive's retreat is close to restaurants, shopping, and all major studios! Upstairs, features an open concept floor plan and 20 ft cielings and seamless indoor/outdoor living rooms. Downstairs, Guests find a king bed, two queen beds, each with private bathroom and a 4th bedroom/office/lounge with queen futon, perfect for live/work space. Perfect for creatives, families, corporate rentals, and writers retreats. This well appointed and tranquil retreat invites guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Experience LA living like a local. You're sure to make tremendous memories with a stay at our place. Please sed me a message with a little about yourself and to confirm availability prior to booking. Convenient to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Paramount studios.

- We have the house professionally cleaned & we provide new linens (sheets/ towels) for our guest.
- Guest are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in
- Photo ID is required for check-in
- Refundable Security Deposit required ($10,000 USD)
- Renters & Damage insurance required ($119). We will send you a link for insurance after booking.
- No pets; service animals may be considered with additional pet deposit. There is an additional cleaning fee for pets/animals on premises to return property to its hypoallergenic condition.
