The estate also includes coveted access to Riviera III, a private surf break and beach. This modern masterpiece boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and an array of luxurious features, including 7 fire features, an office, an entertainment lounge with a video wall and bar, a detached guest house, and a gym. The dramatic entrance, flanked by two reflecting pools, four waterfalls, and a fire feature, leads along a floating walkway to a custom 8x10 copper door. The spacious primary suite features two fireplaces, a walk-in closet, a spa-style bath, and a private balcony with breathtaking views. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a stunning outdoor oasis, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The resort-style grounds are complete with a 70-foot pool, expansive lawn, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and bar seating. A private oversized motor court provides guest parking for up to 20 cars, along with a 3-car garage. With unmatched amenities, sophisticated design, and an unbeatable location with ocean views, this estate captures the essence of Malibu’s best-kept secret. Kindly note that blinds have not yet been installed in four of the five bedrooms. They are expected to be in place by 11/25, please take this into consideration before booking.
