This bright and modern apartment just steps from the beach is everything you’ll need for a comfortable LA getaway. Located off the beach and 300 feet from Main Street and the very best shopping, restaurants, and activities of both Santa Monica and Venice.  
  
Spacious, elegant, and coastal chic home includes one bedroom, a living room with sofa (with a twin size bench cushion), 11th floor balcony with day bed, Serena and Lily dining table and chairs, full bathroom with shower and separate tub, stainless steel kitchen with large fridge, Keurig coffee/tea service, fluffy white towels, crisp white sheets, stylish beach towels, desk and chair, and fast WiFi. Spectacular views or the Santa Monica Bay and bright southern light floods the living room.  
  
Home includes everything you need for a beach or LA getaway. There's also a beautiful balcony with a daybed and seating for enjoying Santa Monica's beautiful beach weather and watching the hummingbirds who fly up to visit the honeysuckle vine and Provençal lavender. There is also an Olympic sized heated pool, hot tub, and work out studio. Property has 24-hour security guards and a parking spot is available for an additional fee.
