50 ACRE PRIVATE FRESH WATER LAKE - ALL TO YOURSELF -Escape to our tranquil 2-bedroom, 1-bath lakefront house nestled on the shores of a picturesque private 50-acre lake. Just a short 20-minute drive to the sun-kissed beaches our retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. House is situated on a 50 acre lake (fresh water fishing available -must bring your own fishing gear), 20 minutes to beach, restaurants, golfing and many other fun adventures (Myrtle & North Myrtle Beach). In a semi-rural area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 room with 3 beds, 1 room with 2 beds - (extra long twin beds - very comfortable memory foam mattresses). Nice kitchen with everything you need. Very large living room with plentiful seating including Smart TV with wifi. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. Sunroom at back of house that leads to the backyard and lake. Pavilion behind house for outdoor fun, shade, grilling and relaxation. Ample parking - garage is not included.

Boats available to rent with refundable deposit and safety/damage waiver must be signed before rental.
