We stayed in early June and enjoyed the hotel and our room. Great things to know: The staff was lovely and helpful. The location is an easy, short walk from Piccadilly Circus (even with luggage). The Piccadilly underground line goes straight to Heathrow Airport - there is no need to take a taxi or other transport. You also can get a short, direct underground to St. Pancras station if taking the Eurostar trains. The surrounding area is active, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping right there. China Town is a block away. It is in the middle of the West End theaters. It is a 10 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. There is AC, a small elevator, comfortable bedding and nice room finishes. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, and it was quiet. The only ding I can add is that (in our room) there were no outlets at the bedside, so I had to get up to turn off my phone alarm - not the worst thing. We would happily stay there again.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in, and they offered to store our luggage so we could explore the area. They were still able to get us into our room 2 hours earlier. Room was very nice and clean and just a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly Circus

Really good central location and nice clean room. We stayed in the Junior suite which was plenty big enough for us with two double beds. Small issues were there was not much tea/coffee available and one tiny biscuit. Slightly disappointing for the size of the room. On checking out, I assumed breakfast would be included in the room and enquired about this. (It does say breakfast is included as standard with junior suite on their website) The staff said it isn't included as we booked with Expedia and not direct with them. On questioning this several times, it was decided by the staff that we would not get breakfast included which is disappointing given that we stayed in the suite. On the whole, nice room, very good location just a shame on the available amenities in the room and not getting the included breakfast as it suggests on their website.

What we liked was a warm welcome and having responded to my Expedia chat when we were arriving and would also like to use an iron, our room was ready with iron in situ. A glass of prosecco, fruit but most of all a spotless room, which is very important to us, comfy bed and lovely coffee pods for the morning. A lovely stay for our theatre trip and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a couple of nights early April. The room was pleasant, good size for central London and nice and clean. Great location and was nice & quiet. Oh and the beds were sooooo comfy! But overall the best thing was the staff. They were fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming, initially asking upon check in what brought us to London. We told them we were there for the Lionesses game at Wembley. The day after when we were heading out for breakfast, the gentleman on reception asked ‘how was the game ladies.’ Such a small gesture, but so appreciated. Very nice touch. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to London. Thank you guys.

ピカデリーサーカス駅から徒歩2-3分の好立地で、バッキンガム宮殿、ウェストミンスター寺院、ビッグベン、大英博物館など主要観光地が徒歩圏内なのでとても観光しやすかったです。 ミュージカルなど劇場街でもあるので、鑑賞後夜遅くでもすぐに部屋に戻れました。 部屋にはミネラルウォーターとフルーツ、ティーバッグやショートブレッドも用意されていましたが、毎日なにかしらの補充不備があったため、フロントに追加をお願いする必要がありました。 水回りはとてもきれいで、備え付けのソープ類も非常にクオリティが高かったです。 夜まで賑やかな街ですが、長期滞在なのでなるべく休めるようにと上階の部屋を割り当ててくださり、大変感謝しています。 次回ロンドンを再訪する際もまた利用させていただきます。

My son and I had a wonderful stay, he is 4 and has lots of energy. The staff were very accommodating and always available if we needed anything. I also use a wheelchair and the staff were always available to assist with holding the door and getting my chair inside or outside. We loved the location, I felt like everything was so close by. Coffee shops, grocery store, China town, lots of restaurants and theaters and of course public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.
