Absolutely terrible. Shared bathroom facilities are unclean the rooms are not safe and the noise from outside is unacceptable. We have not got any sleep. How this place can be classed as a hotel and charge this much money. It is a rip off. The area is unsafe. Avoid at all costs

I found it over priced and feel it should be classed as a hostel not a hotel at all no staff there at night no place to eat unclean shared bathroom dust on everything toilet smelled of urine flimsy bedroom doors with not even handles on them unclean bedding tv didn’t work carpet not even hoovered and they stated that they do room service but I couldn’t even find staff 2 hours after I got there would never stay again nor would I recommend anyone

Perfect location for transport and plenty of shops. Bit noisy outside but that is to be expected for the location ear plugs worked a treat though. Bed comfy room very spacious with a microwave and fridge. Would definitely stop again because noise isn't anything the hotel can help.

Fine for business in Woolwich
Decent hotel, primarily booked due to location. It's effectively a set of flats, with each room turned into a hotel room. Not good sound isolation, so if that's an issue I’d try somewhere else. The bathroom is well-appointed but the shower isn't great. The bed is fine, the room is spacious, light, and clean. Perfectly fine for a business trip, especially if you're working in Woolwich, which has a distinct lack of hotels! I'd check out Coffee Lounge for breakfast too.

Feels like there is zero soundproofing between the rooms. Zero. The doors don’t fit the rooms so anything going on in the hallway feels like it’s happening in the room. It’s just a weird set up. It’s close to the DLR but the area is very dodgy at night.
