Great people, great location!

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: The people from the front desk to the person cleaning the rooms were friendly and helpful!
Location: Eating, sight seeing, easy connections to the rest of London.
First, the people who work at Hotel Indigo are personable, well trained, helpful and we were always treated with a smile and an interest in what we had done that day. If we needed a recommendation on a place to eat, they could give us options. These people were exceptional in their customer service, and we just completed a month touring Great Britain. Second, the location was good for us. It was two blocks from a Tube stop. The bus stop was perhaps two blocks away in the other direction. We were within walking distance of the Tower of London, the Eye, London Bridge and other must see tourist destinations. The hotel is in a business area so that part of London is very busy during the week, but very quiet on the weekends.

Boutique style hotel on City fringe

Posted 27-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Excellent service from the reception team, could not be more welcoming. Very comfortable and trendily decorated room, super clean. Very good choice for proximity to the City and also for sight-seeing around Tower Hill. Good choice for city stopover at a reasonable price overall.

Great staff, great room, great location

Posted 18-Jul-2016 on Hotels
I picked Hotel Indigo based on location, boutique style of the hotel, facilities and other guest reviews. Myself and my husband stayed one night and were upgraded to an executive as our original room choice wasn't available. The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, a huge luxury bathroom and very quiet. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff. We had an unlimited breakfast which was extremely good value- we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Again the Square Mile restaurant staff were attentive and courteous at all times. Would recommend to anyone looking for a base close to Aldgate/Tower Hill area. 2 minutes walk to Aldgate tube. The only very minor gripe was a 32 inch TV (see the photo for an idea how small it was) in a huge executive room with a queen size bed, so for the short time we watched it, we needed to wear our glasses unless we were close to it!

Nybyggt och fräscht hotell nära kommunikationer

Posted 06-Jul-2016
ändå känns läget lite off, lite ödsligt och hotellet lite "kliniskt" utan personlighet.

A great find in a good location.

Posted 04-Jul-2016
Pros: Good rooms with plenty of attention to detail and those little touches that make all the difference.
A lovely hotel very close to Tower Bridge. Close to both Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. The room was great. Reasonably spacious, but not huge, but with loads of character. A brick wall on one end and canvas wall art on the other. The bed was comfy and the mini bar with complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was a good size and the large double head shower was lovely after a long day walking around London. However where this hotel really stood out for me was the staff. Very friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. I look forward to staying at Hotel Indigo Tower Hill again.
