The room was a nice size, comfortable and very tasteful. The best part was that it was quiet--we didn't hear the noise from other rooms, the hallway or the street, even though we had a nice corner room. I'd definitely stay there again.

Posted 09-Apr-2018
Pros: The whole hotel has a charm to it
Cons: nothing honestly
Location: very centric, 2 minutes walk from the tube.
From beginning to end my anniversary night was special. The room was so romantic and cosy, the staff did all they cold to ensure we had a great stay. Surely recommend and will come back!

So close to being perfect!

The Hotel Indigo Tower Hill was a perfect place to stay whilst visiting London. From here we were able to walk to many of the tourist attractions we had booked such as a Jack the Ripper tour and the view from the Shard - other places of interest are a short tube ride away. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were decorated beautifully; not like your standard hotel room - we had a lovely four poster bed and his & hers sinks in the bathroom - they offer complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and slippers and a dressing gown are provided in your room. The room itself was a nice size and also nice and quiet which is very important as my partner is a very light sleeper; we couldn't hear traffic or neighbours at all! Service was great - the reception team upgraded our room to a king suite on arrival and they helped me when I realised my shard tickets needed printing (they don't take e-tickets) - they happily printed these off for me at reception which saved me a trip around London looking for somewhere to print! The one and only negative I have for my stay is that we were told on arrival that a deposit would be held on my card for any extras we use whilst at the hotel - I was told this would be released on departure and it is just a precaution - which is fine, however the £50 which the hotel held has still not been released back into my account and it has been a week since our stay - this will soon become quite an inconvenience if it is not released soon.
