buen precio

Posted 19-Feb-2017

Nice, well located hotel.

Posted 17-Feb-2017
Just what I needed for a night out in Camden and a lovely walk over primrose hill and Regent's Park on a Sunday morning.

Loud noise or the closing doors

Posted 16-Feb-2017
The door kept opening and closing all the time which led me and my partner to won't be able to sleep at night regardless we had work in the morning. I definitely wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone of my friends. Especially room 4

Average stay at the Britinana Hotel

Posted 13-Feb-2017
Location: Fantastic because there's a Tesco express right around the corner and located close to tube stations!
Overall the hotel was nice and worth the deal I got. Uses were that we were on the bottom floor, first room next to the entrance door so all night there was constant banging. Also our main roof lighting wouldn't turn off and had a constant green glow which was making it harder to sleep. It's a shame but overall the hotel itself was in good condition and just what I expect if not more. Thats my opinion. Cheers again

Lovely Stay - Feb 2017

Posted 10-Feb-2017
Pros: Location and helpful staff.
Cons: The price of breakfast could be lowered.
Location: 15 minute stroll into Camden Market, Pubs, Tesco store and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Ideally located - Pleasant short stroll to Camden Market and close to a supermarket, pubs and restaurants. Hotel was nice, rooms decorated nicely and everything needed for a long weekend stay. Would return again :)

No English language

Posted 19-Jan-2017
At check in the lady does not understand beyond hello, reservation, room number, cash, card, pay, thank you, upstairs, bye and I ask my manager. If you require any communication beyond that do not bother as you will get frustrated.. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Staff do not speak English?!

Posted 19-Jan-2017
When in an English speaking country one would expect those providing customer services to speak at least the very bare minimum of the local language. When checking in the receptionist does not understand what you say and has to ask her manager every time when you ask a question. Not knowing how to use the system is one thing as with experience that can be learnt but the bare minimum must surely be speaking English as a minimum requirement? Her inexperience is already a hurdle and her lack of English makes it such a task to check in or communicate. Very 1star at best!

Manager is a bully

Posted 05-Jan-2017
I have stayed at britann ia hampstead before and I notice that the general manager is a bully and can be rude and abrupt. Especially towards those of a different sex and race to him. Not very comfortable when you are paying for your stay. If he does have an issue with certain people it should not be made so obvious as he is working in a customer service environment.

Intimidating manager bad aura!

Posted 03-Jan-2017
This is not the first time I have stayed here and I notice the manager seems to have a bad unfriendly attitude towards women of a different race. Can be intimidating for a young woman on her own. Especially when he knocks at your door by himself. Not very friendly at all!!!
