The hotel amenities were ok, the cleaners do an amazing job, however the young receptionist from the night shift, he is just not cut for the job. He just couldn’t be bothered, he just had no interest of being there even patronising at some point. Never mentioned the vip perks, stuck us on a basement room and I have never seen a smile on his face, just rudeness and grumpiness. Completely ruined the stay. Also, during busy times there was no hot water and they wouldn’t keep the luggage after 14:00. if i knew that in advance I would have stayed in an airbnb. The room in the basement, there was no keys to open the window so for someone staying there for 3 x nights the air doesn’t even circulates. Overall, there is potential to be a nice hotel but all this minor things together do not make it a nice experience.

The location was excellent being close to both Euston and St Pancras station. Property was slightly tired and the shower took forever to heat up. Reception staff were lovely and even let me check in early, which is always appreciated after an early start.

Unfortunately our room backed onto the fire door. So when anyone walked through it, the door slammed shut and shook the wall our headboard was attached too. This happened frequently throughout the night. Which kept us awake. Each slam was loud and disturbing as well as the wall shaking

Not recommended. Took approx 30 mins to check in! Room noisy due to a rattling air con fan. Tv not working in room so ended up using a phone to watch something Bought a coffee in restaurant and got served a coffee that was expresso sized. Poor, would not visit again. Staff seemed quite cold and uninterested.

Pretty good place to stay, said they had laundry facilities on expedia however they dont. Instead they use a pickup laundry service that costs a min of 20 pounds so I used a nearby laundromat

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it is close to the Warren street line and the Euston station line making it easy to take the tube. They were able to accommodate for an early check in which was great as we arrived to London at 8am in the morning.

I was not expecting to stay over another night in London however the trains were all cancelled, I was pleased to find a room available and the booking process was really smooth, the front of house staff were friendly, the reception area is really comfortable and inviting, there is a restaurant and bar area which is good, I didn’t choose to eat but did go to the bar later on into the evening to have a glass of wine, the bar staff were friendly however the choice of drinks were limited. The room was a twin room, very clean and tidy, I liked the tablet on the desk which also was the to remote, I felt a little unsafe when a customer obviously got the wrong room and tried to enter, however I could have dialled down to reception if needed. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but felt very minimalist and not welcoming or cosy. No carpet or rugs, just hard flooring, no wardrobe just hooks on the wall, and we hated the bathroom. It was just the end section of the room, screened by one long frosted glass panel through which you could still actually see the person sitting on the toilet. Not their face but their silhouette sitting there on the toilet! Not nice! Plus the paint was peeling off the walls

We picked a "superior" room but we got an accessible room. The bathroom was not comfortable and the sink was just above my knees, making it uncomfortable for washing and shaving. Despite the fact the the bedroom was actually quite big, the bed was against the wall, making it difficult to get out without disturbing my partner.

Very nice staff. Only criticism, and this applies to larger people only, is that the toilet in the room was very cramped. The shower could have been smaller which would have given more toilet space. The loo downstairs in the restaurant is perfect however!

This hotel is certainly in a convenient location for the Euston / Regent's Park area. However, if felt as if the staff were under-supported and struggling with unhelpful IT. I'd paid in advance so was surprised that it took reception five minutes of typing details into a computer to book me in. The main problem was how noisy my room was. I had an inner window which was close to the external air conditioner units which meant I got their noise all night.

The staff is very gringo y and helpful but the hotel is very old and outdated. The rooms are si small that my husband and I barely fit with out suitcase. The blinders didn’t go all the way down so you can’t have a good night sleep. We heard something scratching the walls that may be rats, we preferred not to ask. There are no real walls in the bathroom , only a glass door.

Great central location. Excellent customer service and as a female traveller, it felt very safe. There are plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Walkable to the tube and bus routes and convenient to return to Euston station for my trip home. Overall, a perfect stay, for my current needs.

Fine for the money. Tiny room, tinier bathroom. Very comfortable bed, awesome shower. Great location for us as we wanted to be near Euston. Safe ventral area outside. If you are ok with tiny and want that location, I’d recommend - lobby and restaurant look nice.

Promising, but noisy
My room was immediately opposite the cleaners' room/cupboard in the basement, so I heard that noise, and conversations for much of my stay. The tube noise was also clearly heard through the floor, as was scraping of furniture in the restaurant above at breakfast time. Pity, as it's a well-appointed hotel.

Worst booking ever. For £90 i didnt expect 5 stars service but this is one of the worsts hotel stay I had. Room is incredibly small and quite dirty. Ceiling and toilet are mouldy, with a random open hole in the toilet. The staff was very slow, certainly unwelcoming. I have arrived first and my husband came in few hours, he just asked for direction to the room and instead of helping they’re asking ‘why’.

Clean and modern hotel with good transport links. Staff were hit and miss with their friendless. Main issue was the size of the room - absolutely no storage apart from one small shelf and hangers attached to the wall. No where to put bags etc. Shower struggled to get hot during peak times. Ok for the price and modern feel, but room just far too small to comfortably stay in.

Last minute booking
Emergency booking due to train cancellations. Very convenient to Euston station at a sensible price. Room looked stark and basic but was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Nice restaurant with gluten free options within the hotel.

Visited for a concert. Second visit to Euston Square Hotel and stayed 2 nights. Only used as a base. Room was very clean and excellent shower. Room small and compact, however that is to be expected. Will visit again.

Undersized, overpriced.
Had to wait a while to check in as two staff members talked about something. Room was a twin - very undersized. You have to walk sidewyas between the beds and the wall. Only one tiny chair. Very poor attention to detail - for example the mobile phone charging socket is high up the wall behind the bed so with a standard charging cable the phone wont reach the side cabinet so is what suppose to just dangle by its cable? Very small beds - cant think they are even standard single size. En-suite is bizarre - plastic wall which is only blacked out in the middle so you can see the legs of people in the shower and on the toilet. I would not book here again.

The condition of the room needs to be fixed. A few of the floor board is broken, and I cut my foot from walking on it. The hanger in the shower is also loose. It literally came down when I attempted to hang my towel.
