It’s gorgeously designed and comfortable, with room for relaxing as well as spaces that my husband and I could each pull out our laptops to work (plus fast WiFi). Great TV / living room setup, kitchen equipped for cooking, and washer /dryer to keep up with laundry. It’s an easy 15-20 min walk to the train station in Barnes or a 25-30 min walk to the train or tube station in Putney. We also loved the proximity to Richmond Park with miles of paths for running, biking or walking. Net, we loved our time there and were sad to leave. There were no Washing machine or dishwasher pods and no coffee machine pods.. I wouldn’t have even known what to buy. And when I asked about restaurants and markets in the area I received what seemed to me to be an annoyed response that they didn’t know. It was clear it is run by a corporation and not owners. That was underscored when I asked for a partial refund to split our loss as we were sent back to the US after the fire at Heathrow and had to pay 3 nights in Boston before our return flight after having paid for the flat. The response was, it wasn’t their fault and didn’t fall within their company guidelines for a refund. It was just cold.. so we spent quite a bit for a one night stay. Again, it is beautiful but come well prepared and know it is pretty far from downtown London. ##### Tracy S.
