The communication was terrific. The price was good. Very affordable. The beds and accommodation were as promised. The shared bathroom was okay, but of course private is always better. The entry was fine for us, but challenging for other guests. The transport before 5am required a taxi but after 5am it was easy to use the bus and tube. The staff were helpful with transport.

The place is like a hostel in old townhomes. Pictures are deceiving and do not look anything close to the how they look in person. There isn’t any front desk and everything is done over the phone within check in and keys

The property is way below standard and should not be deemed fit to stay in. It was so bad that i booked another hotel as i would not subject myself to stay in that hovel. They refused to refund me but i was better off losing my payment that squating there

This is listed as “entire property to yourself” but it’s several bedrooms in a house. Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. This is not the type of property experience I wish to experience again. Property tried to refuse a refund when hotels.com contacted them directly. one of the messiest hotel experiences ever in London

There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed.

I would not recommend this place, unless you dont mind sharing. It should be noted in the ad, its a shared accommodation. We were only there overnight until our flight early the next morning. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms as well as next door. The shower did not work and was very grimey, no bath mat so floor was soaked which is a hazard. Hardly any toilet paper for it being a shared bathroom.We had two outlets in the room but only one worked so wasnt ideal for charging more than one phone at a time. Did not use any of the other facilities so can not comment on them.

For me it wasn't a pleasant experience considering there is no TV. I found it rather stressful accessing the key and entry into the property. Travelling does stress me anyway and the added pain of Covid tests didn't help my mood.

ルームの清掃があると思っていたが、1週間滞在して1度もなかった。 タオルなどは自分で洗濯するスタイル。 調理道具、調味料、プレートなどは一式揃っている。 壁が薄いので、廊下の会話が聞こえる。 日本のドライヤーを使用して、家全体のソケットをショートさせたが、メールで報告するとその日のうちに対応してくれた。 床はあまり広くなく、キャリーケースを広げると床の半分は埋まる。畳3畳半くらいの部屋。 シャワーの湯が朝出ないことがある(イギリスのスタイルなのか)

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette petite maison , avec 4 chambres accueillant plusieurs lits. Elle dispose d’une salle de bain, toilette et cuisine commune.
