Cozy basement studio apartment in great location, walking distance to both USU and downtown. It has a big window in the kitchen offering a ton of light for a basement unit, not dark like other basement suites. Kitchen is fully stocked and even has a table to eat at. Please keep in mind this studio is located within a triplex and there's a good chance there will be guests staying above/next to you. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to USU, the famous Aggie Ice Cream, and close to the picturesque Logan River and canyon. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave, toiletries, coffee, an ironing board with iron, and even an extension cable.
